I know what it feels like. I've spent a lot of time learning how to manage my own anxiety. Through multiple therapy sessions, medication, taking classes, and doing my own personal research.
At the same time, I'm a highly sensitive person, an empath, and an extreme introvert. Managing anxiety has not been a walk in the park. I've had multiple setbacks.
Including moments where I was so tempted to just give up on it all, and allow my anxiety to swallow me whole.
